These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sd666 ("we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of the sd666 website and all associated services, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming or wagering features made available through sd666.pro. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the sd666 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on sd666. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, sd666 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings derived from those accounts, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. To register an account, you are required to:

• Provide a valid email address and create a secure password of at least eight characters containing a combination of letters and numbers.
• Provide your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address as they appear on your government-issued identification document.
• Provide a valid mobile number for account verification and security notifications.
• Confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of your National ID card or passport and a recent selfie for identity confirmation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sd666 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have disclosed or negligently protected your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact sd666 support immediately.

sd666 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Only winnings derived from the bonus in excess of the wagering requirement threshold are eligible for withdrawal.

Players who suspect a discrepancy in the application of a bonus or promotion to their account should contact sd666 support within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant transaction. Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; a deposit limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that alert them when they have been continuously active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion for a period of their choosing (minimum 30 days). During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, all marketing communications will be suspended, and no new account may be opened. • Reality checks: Players may opt in to periodic reality check notifications that display session time and net win or loss position at configurable intervals.

sd666 may suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling.
• Player-initiated account closure request, which may be processed by contacting sd666 support. Any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the primary withdrawal method on record following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is terminated by sd666 for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (including real-money funds) may be forfeited at sd666's discretion where the breach involved fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or deliberate abuse of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sd666 shall not be liable to any player for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or reputation, whether or not such losses were foreseeable.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the sd666 platform, including any interruption of service, system downtime, or data loss.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the sd666 platform that contain errors or inaccuracies beyond sd666's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit sd666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. sd666's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

sd666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on the sd666 platform with an updated effective date. Where the amendment is material — meaning it affects player rights or financial terms in a meaningful way — sd666 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on record.

Your continued use of the sd666 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact sd666 support.
